WP4 Definition of competences, profiles and training provision business scenarios (VIAS)
Define the necessary trainer competencies, as well as trainee basic profiles for the new training schemes of WP3.
- Propose new business rules and schemes for facilitating the uptake and wide diffusion, as well as promote sustainability of proposed new training schemes.
- Perform a risk assessment and SWOT analysis on the proposed business rules and schemes, to define mitigation strategies for their successful implementation.
